Everything was received as I ordered. The person I called for question was every helpful.

This urn really stands out and thats what we wanting as our beloved friend stood out wherever we were. The size was perfect and it was delivered earlier than expected.

Urn was very pretty and seemed well made. The top screwed on for safe closure. I also got the engraved piece to go with it. Everything was as expected and looked nice. I do, however, wish the engraving had come with something a little better than a ribbon to attach it to the urn. I definitely expected a chain of some sort, especially for how expensive it was.

The urn displayed nicely on your website, although it appeared to be red instead of the cranberry that it actually was. Several people, including our funeral director, remarked about how lovely it is.
