I contacted customer service about an issue with my original iron. It was under warranty, so after submitting a few details they replaced it entirely. The process was easy and I appreciated their attention to the matter.

I bought an iron at the quilt show. Part of the steam didn't work. I made the warranty claim and it was all so quick and easy! Love my new working iron!
