Mini iron would not steam. Warranty still in place. Contacted customer service and promptly received suggestions to try but nothing worked. They replaced and I was very happy with quick response and positive service. Did not have to return defective iron. They had me cut the cord in two pieces and send pictures. Upon receipt they sent tracking number for replacement

I needed to replace iron after six months of use. Process went smoothly. Customer service provided return shipping label for UPS return and new iron was received via UPS less than two weeks later. Great customer service.

Ironing board covers
