Great Customer Service
I had an issue with an iron I purchased. I contacted customer service to find out what they could do. They responded within hours, but I had gone on a cruise and didn't get my emails. When I returned, I saw they had followed up daily to ask me if I wanted to move forward with their solution. On the last email, many days after I had originally contacted them, having not heard from me, they deemed the problem solved. I responded that I was on vacation so they opened the file immediately. They asked a few questions and I sent them a couple of photos and proof of purchase, and within days I received a brand new iron. Their customer service is fantastic!
