Best Service Ever
I bought my Oliso two years ago from Amazon and it stopped working recently. I had done some research and knew it was probably out of warranty but decided to contact the company anyway. I was contacted with in a day and worked with a lovely young lady, Sadie.
She directed me to provide her with certain information of which I did over a period of two weeks. At the end of all this she said it would be turned over to the warranty department and I would be receiving a NEW IRON. I told her right then that Oliso had more than exceeded my expectations.
This was probably one of the best experiences I have had in dealing with companies. From a patio umbrella to car service.
I have my new iron and I am so grateful.
