First time buying a foam mattress and so far very good. Can’t complain. I’ve had to make some changes as far as firmness. But great product and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We had an issue with our mattress. I reached out and the customer service representative was very nice. She asked for a picture for verification. After providing the picture the representative was quick to respond with the tracking number for a replacement. The address needed to be corrected and she was able to do that all very quickly. We have zero complaints and would recommend the mattress and the customer service to anyone willing to listen. Job well done!
