1 month to get a broken chair. Another month of storing it for you waiting for a replacement. Even the shippers were confused by your lack of direction.
I asked as soon as it arrived broken if I could just get a refund but they told me the replacement was no problem and would be a couple of weeks max. Total fabrication. It was a huge problem and you guys didn't even go out of your way to fix it, I don't even think I got an apology. This was a very expensive purchase and I'd have expected better. If I want impersonal service I'll stick with Amazon (who btw would have replaced it in a day). Lesson learned!
