I've owned my Odor Free 1000 for around 8 years. It helped us sell our home 8 years ago when we primed, painted and deeper cleaned but our house still smelled like cigarette smoke until we purchased this machine. I tried other ozone machines but they didn't work like this one. Recently our machine stopped working and I dreaded paying 400 for a new one but called customer service. They returned my call promptly and told me 99% of the time it's just that the plates need to be replaced and should be every 3-4 years. So I spend 50.00 to order new ones. YES, now works like New. I love this company!! GREAT product and they stand behind it!! I've recommended them to a few realtors in town now.
