Unhelpful responses from customer services when requesting exchange for the delivery of damaged goods. Its been more than two weeks and still no resolution. Caused me so much inconvenience storing the large boxes of damaged goods in my garage waiting for an exchange to happen (if it ever would?).

Very poor - broken promises of returned calls and delivery times schedules. If I actually get my product, it will be a miracle!
