shocking service and delivery! 16 days and the pellets still haven't arrived.

Spammed with emails after purchase

My order from before Christmas, including pellets and skillet, has not arrived and all communication has stopped from Ooni, except for emails asking how much I am enjoying the items that have still not arrived…. That’s just annoying. I expected so much more from a company with such a good reputation. Can someone please contact me and tell me what is happening with my order coz we still haven’t been able to use our new pizza oven that we also got from you.
