Service was quite good. The color I chose turned out to be sold out, so I was contacted by email to see if an alternative color would do. I did choose another color and it was shipped and arrived very quickly. (Which I thought was only fair, since the shipping fee was hefty.) No complaints -- the fabric was an expensive splurge, but I feel it is worth it.
