I was very pleased with the service from NW Rugs. They even noticed that the rug pad I had ordered was too small and offered offered a larger one that they would cut to size. It's nice that customer service is still a thing in some places.

We really liked working with Cameron. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The rugs and furniture we purchased were high quality.
