Purchased our rug at NW Rugs in early November. Appreciated the advice we were given to go home and measure our room before purchasing a rug. This allowed us to purchase a slightly smaller rug than we had planned and saved us money given the beautiful run we did buy was a little under $4,000. Rug arrived within the time frames they’d promised. Excellent experience. Would definitely buy there again
