Nice, friendly service

Great help at your store and love the rugs at home

We were very pleased with all of the attention we received at NW Rugs, especially from Rick. There were such a huge selection of beautiful rugs, in many price ranges. After speaking to Rick and telling him what we needed; color theme, fabric content, size, he showed a nice selection and the exact rug we were looking for! He made the process easy and enjoyable. Looking forward to our free delivery!

Nice job. You did what you said you would do.
