I won't know how I feel until we take delivery on our purchase

Everyone when out of there way to help us find what we were looking for. They are even putting two runners together because we needed a longer one. Pleasant experience.

Love the help I got finding my colors at the shop and that I can clean dog hair off of it!!!!

Charles was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. I walked out of the store feeling confident that I purchased the best possible rug for my home!

We are delighted with the carpet and appreciated the patient and gentle help of the salesperson.
