I was very pleased with the service. We had 2 rugs cleaned and one of them repaired. My dog ate a corner off my gabbeh hall runner several years ago. I was never sure if it was repairable, but NW rugs did a wonderful job at reasonable price. It now looks as good as new!

Staff were very helpful in my search for a rug to use in our rental home. We got a beautiful rug that we love, can use wherever we live, adds to our decor and will last forever.
