I used it for the first time yesterday. I made two loaves of bread, one using USA pan the other using this pan. The bread rose a little higher in the cast iron pan and also had a more golden color on sides and bottom. I am loving it!

Mixed like a dream! Made my first cake and it was a dream. The only thing I would add as a handle for the top of the lid to make it easier to pick up.
