We had hoped for a finer grind and for it to be closer to store bought flour. It is easy to use and works well but hope with time we can achieve a finer grind.

This bottom dough hook worked perfectly to replace the old one I had on which the plastic wrap on one of the parts of the hook was disintegrating. I am thrilled that I didn’t have to buy an entire new stainless steel bottom hook bowl! Thank you, Nutrimill, for providing replacement parts!
