My Harvest is GORGEOUS!!! Customer service here is truly the best. If there is a problem, they resolve it instantly!! Most complaints about the Harvest are posted because they don’t investigate their problems or contact customer service first. If you can’t get the fine grain you were looking for, aren’t doing it correctly. There are videos to show that. Turn on the mill, tighten until you hear the stones, back off the stones. Pour in grain and tighten until you get the fine flour you are looking for. I have not glazed my stones yet. If you do, run white rice to resolve that. It’s simple. This mill is so wonderful!!! I have been using the Impact for 9 months beginning my FMF journey which has been a great mill and at a great price. I wanted the Harvest for my new baking room for the beauty but also to have more coarse options. It is so easy and convenient, just dump the grain in. No more brushing out the flour from the collection container. If I need a little more, I can quickly add and grind. I love this mill so much!! My Impact is going to a family member starting their FMF journey and will later be used as a backup. It’s a good one too!! It will stay with me as well.

Best investment ever! Works very efficiently and Easy to use and store. Brought it to a friends who had a different mill attachment and she could not get over the ease of use. She is now going to purchase one too
