Excellent tool for kneading fresh milled flour.

I started out with a stainless steel grinder because it was less expensive when I wasn’t sure milling was something I would stick with. Once I decided to continue I wanted a stone mill that produces the finely ground flour that will provide the level of product I desired. The Harvest does a great job with a minimal effort. I highly recommend it
