I decided to go with the refurbished mill that came back in stock instead of waiting another few weeks (or more) and so far it has been great! It’s super simple to use. I would recommend watching the YouTube video for starting tips.

This mill is great! It’s a little noisy but man, is it fast and does an excellent job!

Shredding frozen butter has never been easier! And the fact that this sets right on top of the mixer makes it perfect. Can't wait to try zucchini bread now. :)

I haven't used this one yet. The previous one worked fine till it and my wire whips when I was using them for cutting butter into flour as someone else had recommended. I won't do that again!
