Great information and quick service

This is the Challah bread I made after receiving my mill. The fine flour that I was able to mill, made a big difference. This loaf was made with 100% hard wheat. Thanks Nutrimill!

The new slicer/ shredder design is awesome. It is much easier to assemble and use than the old design.

Haven’t tried the Bosch mixer yet but happy with what I received.

This turned out to be about a quarter of what I was planning to spend on a spiral mixer and a good set of sourdough tools. I am very impressed by the doughs I have produced.
