Got my classic grain mill in and I’ve used it twice so far and I’ve made sandwich bread twice and some pancakes all delicious. Throughly enjoying my new experience in milling

I wanted to do a cleaning of my mill, and thought that maybe the liner had a tear in it. I didn't want to do the cleaning without having a new liner. It turns out the liner is fine. So, I didn't need the replacement kit, but it was necessary to have as a backup. I still very much enjoy using my mill.

Making bread with my Bosch Universal mixer has definitely made it easier. I’m so happy that I decided to get one. Not only did I get one, but I purchased one for my daughter-in-law as she has just begun to make bread. She has a large family and this size mixer is perfect for her. It was a good investment!
