I ordered a spool of wire and E17 sockets, as well as 100 C9 bulbs. 20 out of 50 red bulbs were defective and did not illuminate. That said, I received an email requesting feedback. When I responded, Novelty Lights got right back to me and offered replacement or refund (my choice) no questions asked. Nothing is ever foolproof, but the way mistakes are handled says a lot about a company. I got some bad products, but the problem was handled quickly and courteously.
