How often do we, as customers, read the words or hear a recording that says “our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority”?
I can’t count ‘em either🙄😆!! Well, Novelty Lights does care. I have spoken with them twice and both times the person I spoke with was kind, polite, smart and generous. I wanted a short strand of tiny white lights for my bathroom, because the existing light is too bright. Now, I can easily see my way to the bathroom at night and never have to put the bright light on. I was so pleased to get exactly what I wanted. Thanks!
