Great company great prices. Called/messaged back for more info. on the LED replacements and was given so much help! The rep. actually sent 5 LED lights out to check and compare them and to see if I liked them before I eventually start investing in more. I am not a fan of LEDs and the rep. went above and beyond to help me and I will start replacing lights soon to the LEDs.

How often do we, as customers, read the words or hear a recording that says “our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority”? I can’t count ‘em either🙄😆!! Well, Novelty Lights does care. I have spoken with them twice and both times the person I spoke with was kind, polite, smart and generous. I wanted a short strand of tiny white lights for my bathroom, because the existing light is too bright. Now, I can easily see my way to the bathroom at night and never have to put the bright light on. I was so pleased to get exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

I order 2 boxes of C9 bulbs; 1 was broken. Contacted Novelty Lights about it. They made everything good by promptly sending 3! They’re A+ in my book!
