my only complaint was sending Norwall several thousand dollars for something that i dont know when it will ship. when i placed the order the web sight said in stock. i placed my order, and it told me 1-4 weeks. this made me un-comfortable. everyone i do business with transfers the funds when the item ships. this ties up my money when i have received nothing. if it was in stock why 1-4 weeks?

Good sales response; however, the follow-up, confirmation of one's order, confirmations, and "oh, we now need to charge you extra for shipping" (despite "FREE SHIPPING" at checkout leaves one thinking they could be more transparent. Spend several thousand dollars and then wait a few weeks for shipping.

People were fine however the first generator you shipped was destroyed inside. It was obviously one that had been returned to Norwall, and Norwall re-shipped to me because it was the last one in the warehouse. I had to wait for a replacement. Now I have it and there were dents on the lid and the WIFI CHIP is bad. Plus I was supposed to get an extended warranty from NORWALL/GENERAC and that did not happen. Overall - Not happy
