Great service

I thought requiring a photograph of myself holding my drivers license and credit card up was a bit much.

The generator was boxed in cardboard which was torn in shipment and the pallet was not secured to the generator properly, so the generator came off the pallet in shipment. Luckly the generator itself seems to be ok. Waiting for it to be installed accepted the shipment pending final acceptance. The generator should be packed much better to survive shipment. Walter

So far so good. Ordering was simple, payment was easy and can’t wait to get the generator and parts. The only downfall was the generator is 4-6 months back ordered but that’s not Norwalls problem.
