Admittedly, I don't know a lot about house generators other than my new house in the country needed one. Norwall's customer service team was terrific, helping size the exactly right generator, scheduling the shipment for release at a later date (since my contract wouldn't need it for a couple of weeks) and insuring that I purchased any additionally items, like a cold weather kit, that I may need to make my generator run at its best. They were terrific and I would definitely use them again. MUCH better than the home construction stores...and the price was basically the same. LOVE the free shipping (these units weigh 500+ pounds), so definitely Norwall's the way to go.
