I recently used NOMAD Smoking Wood (Oak) to smoke an 8lb pork butt, using 8-9 pieces alongside their lump wood charcoal. The smoke stayed clean throughout the cook and delivered excellent flavor. The result was spot on, I’ll definitely be using it again on my next smoke.

Excelent products and support.

Excellent fire starters, so much better than the bricks that take forever to light. These tumbleweeds are super clean, quick to light and efficient. I only need one to light up a large chimney. Only downside is I can’t find them locally if I’m in a last minute pinch. Other than that, they’re perfect!

Awesome grill, Built really well, you can tell it will last for years! It does take a couple of uses to get the temp correct as it heats up fast do to the size, don't over charcoal.
