This was great, I had a fun time.

Everything went smoothly/normally with the order. All items were nicely packaged. I haven’t used the grill yet though.

It did took some time to get here. I know it was a pre-order grilled, but it took a lot longer than it was supposed to, but the customer service was writing me and answering my questions.

I can't say enough good things about Nomad Grills. From the exceptional customer service I received when I called them in Dallas, to the grill's amazing performance, everything has been great. It holds heat incredibly well for searing or smoking, and the magnetic grates are a clever touch that prevents rattling during transport. It's an investment, but the quality products and service make it worth every penny. Five stars!
