Said they wasn't taking new customers

The entertainment center i ordered, months ago, was not wrapped in any kind of protective anything, so it was completely. broken in half on the top and chunks from the back side gone, but was still paying on it monthly, even after being reported. I also had a reminder to renew or puck it up. I scheduled a date and it was never pucked up, only charged a monthly payment as usual. I also thought it was a rent to own, not leases forever. They ask if you want to purchase but never give tou a price. So the money you have paid is useless. Getting to stop payment at bank

No Customer Service. no return email

You suck

They accepted my debit card when I first ordered aswell as took payments off. But now saying they can not accept my card. I have no other cards for payment. This is unacceptable.
