Reclined with massage

Can't say great as parts on my chair were broken when I got it and it has not been fixed as of yet and that was last October and I am still waiting for something to be done. I have sent photos of what was wrong and still not fixed.

Difficulty getting to a resolution

I haven’t been able to view you website so far. The inventory isn’t loading and I sent an email regarding the issue. I would love to make a purchase but I don’t see items available for purchase.

On the small side and hard! Also standing up is hard. Remote connector coming from the chair was bent and still have not been resolved, cup holder is broken. Been dealing with these issues since October when I received the recliner.

Good but needs improvement

Very little transparency between ordering and what happens next. Email communications are confusing - I keep getting emails saying my lease is expiring when in fact it’s still in place for 12 months. Delivery should be white glove and include assembly. I used casa one for another apt I have and they were much better at delivery and set up and customer relations/communications. I will say the furniture is of high quality and I am happy with it but I think you need to work on your customer experience from first click all the way through to delivery.
