I have no problem with the business itself; it’s the quality of the furniture I have a problem with. I’m renting a recliner for 4 months while staying in a Florida rental. It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. It’s hard as a rock and you have to kick back with your feet to loser the footrest. Being an elderly person, I’m unable to kick it back to the full position. Very disappointed.

I am really thrilled with the ease of this company never imagined Renting this way but i love it and i love my new chair my back loves it too.....thank you,Up Furnish i wouldn't have been able to afford this without you
