I ordered a screw for hood so I can use my grill about 6 months or more, never got the screw or heard from anyone. Not happy

After 8 months the grates fell apart with out heavy use. I cook mostly on pellet grill, igniter didn’t work after three months.

Purchased a new grill and it was missing one of the flame tamers, contacted the store they said to contact you. This was like August of last yr. Because of COVID you couldn’t get them in to send me one. Finally the order was filled this past March. We waited a long time, but company did fill our order

The grill has uneven cooking. The thermometer never resets to zero. The range of heat does not go low enough or high enough. LED lights do not light the scale on the knob- just the side of the knob.

Burners and burner flame baffles have rusted and need replaced after 3 years. This grill has always been in a covered patio with a cover. Replacement parts are expensive enough that I might as well buy a new grill.
