I really like my grill but only have one problem the left side of the grill heats less Left burner

I am happy with the grill after 3 year, but will replace the grates with cast iron as the stainless is failing.

It is easy to use, and overall works great. The cleaning of it is somewhat a difficult task when the grease gets on the sides and near the flame tubes. Taking off the grates and the drip tray is a breeze to clean after soaking it for a few minutes. Otherwise I would have given it a five star

After only 9 months, the igniter went out. I called the CS department, found the right part and had it shipped to me. Seems to me they'd have comped the part as a warranty, but it only cost me 18$. But still.....

For the price, the grill cannot be beat. Would be a five star review if flame surpressors did not stat rotting through.
