The product itself is great. But the sharing the app with my mom, and her screen cannot view as same as mine view. I am not sure why app created so huge and cannot find button to start probe.

You folks are attentive, however, it took a while for you to accept proof of purchase for a simple minor part that was missing (accessory hook)

Overall I thought the assembly of the grill was easy with very good directions. The grill works well during the cooking process.
