I identified the part that I needed to replace from the manual that came with the grill when I purchased it. I bought the part at Home Depot and installed it. Installation was pretty straight forward. It works.

The removable drip pan was an excellent design improvement. There was little additional manufacturing cost, and will probably prolong the life of the product. This replaced the most corrosion vulnerable component of the firebox, and has been the source of all my rust-out problems I started using this type of grill in the mid 1980's I believe. This makes it a terrific value. (I am a manufacturing/design engineer, with 45 years experience.)
