Unfortunately I didn’t receive the topper as the delivery company got it mixed up Alyssa from Newentor immediately sent me a replacement. topper. She was so helpful. After investigating Alyssa located the first topper at the local post office. I decided to keep both toppers as I needed another for my other guests bed. I paid for the second one which arrived to my door this morning. I am very impressed with the quality and comfort of the toppers. I now have two beautifully comfortable quest beds.
