After investigating Alyssa located the first topper at the local post office. I decided to keep both toppers as I needed another for my other guests bed. My husband and I love our pillows - they are so soft & give great support. Our neck pain has definitely improved. Still trying to find out the height that suits us best, but feel it is really great to have options. The pillows also arrived quickly and in great condition.
