Spent like 48$ on a twig with roots a few weeks ago. Arrived quickly, well packaged. I planted it. Facing east, to get morning sun and afternoon shade. It looks half dead.

I ordered 3 trees, 1 lime, 1 lemon, and a Pomegranate. the lime and Lemon came in great full of leaves and flowers and very healthy looking with moist soil. The pomegranate tree however came in with DRY soil 1/2 of the leaves had fallen off in the shipping process and it was in terrible shape. I contacted Naturehills as soon as the tree arrived on a Friday evening, and I heard back on Monday. .I was told that this is normal by their horticulturalist, and that it was just "getting ready for winter. Anyone with basic knowledge of Botany would know that is garbage. I have been trying to nurse the tree back to health every since. The fact is Naturehills sent this tree with NO water and sealed a bag, then they tried to cover it up, so they would not feel responsible for the tree they did not package correctly. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is to be fair as they other 2 trees (lime and lemon) came perfect and had nice moist soil. So their horticulturalist is either not educated in basic botany, or is just trying to make excuses. And I will happily send anyone who wants the pictures of the pomegranate tree's condition (IN THE BOX) when it arrived. I would have been happy with a basic apology, but instead NatureHills decided to take the weasel way out and give a weak excuse for their mistake to NOT provide WATER to a tree they were shipping.

I bought the weeping lavender tree. It is struggling . I had to spray it because the leaves were being eating . I hope it survives.

Transaction was adequate.

I have bought several items from this company and have been very pleased with the product and at their customer service. However, I cringe every time I buy something because they carry so many non-native and even highly invasive plants. It’s obviously all about the Benjamins.
