Had to buy the same model to fit the window cutout. 4th time 5th one I've bought. An OK fan but on the noisy side which should last longer. Only get 3 to 5 years out of this brand and model.

The gateway was very easy to set up, and works well with Alexa, although there seem to be some teething problems when the connection drops, but these are infrequent.

Purchasing and delivery were good however I felt mislead that the light was called a security light and appeared by the photo to have a sensor but it is not a sensor light and only found out half way through the install. I was looking for a sensor light The instructions included were clearly for a different light as well

Wrong product received. Poor customer service

I spoke to someone on the phone before ordering the products. He mentioned I would receive the parts within 3-4 days from my order being placed which did not happen. I received an email 4 days later saying the parts finally dispatched.....then they arrived another 3-4 days later after that.
