Living on the opposite side of the country, I knew nothing about Nancy's Flowers, but took a chance and ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered on the Monday following one of the busiest times for florists, Valentine's Day. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but I got a phone call from Nancy's Flowers to assure me that this arrangement would arrive on time for the memorial service.
