As a loyal customer for many years, this order was beautiful and everything I expected. Unfortunately, when I called the shop about 15 minutes before closing for a question that took but not a moment to answer, I was greeted with a rather rude scoff and “well we close in like 10 minutes so…” The phone call was no longer than 90 seconds and if I call during business hours, I should not be left feeling apologetic and like I am an inconvenience.
