The smart blinds work great - however the Alexa integration leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, I can tell Alexa to open and/or close the blinds - but it's not integrated as a smart device - I can't schedule routines that would open/close the blinds.

Hi. The sticky brackets that you provide are not strong enough to hold my blinds. I have had 3 blinds fall off. One of the blinds scratched the wall in my brand new home and one of the panels on the blinds chipped. I had to go to Home Depot to find ceiling mount brackets and couldn't find any there. So I had to get them from Amazon and pay $160 for the brackets. I have reached out to customer service and I never heard anything back.
