Sorry the date provide for arrival of my product did not happen. I had to make several phone calls and emails checking on the status and whereabouts of my product. There seamed to be a problem getting the product from their supplier resulting in a longer delivery time.

Backyard Provider has no control over their order fulfillment, so even though I paid extra for expedited shipping, I had to wait over a month for a mini split to arrive while enduring a record breaking heat wave. This company sells good products, but their ability to deliver on shipping promises hurts their reputation. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Company is scammers

Ordered in October, still have not received. Placed 2 calls, no response. Email said I would receive tracking number, never received. Went to website to track order, and the order number was not recognized. Yet, you took my $1,500 with no response.
