I had a couple struggles while setting up my Omigo Element, and the "how-to" instructions and videos were so basic, they were hardly any help. I had to search online to get an answer for my question (outside of Omigo), and/or did some troubleshooting until my problem was resolved. The product itself is pretty great. We can only use the "front" nozzle, though, because use of the "back" nozzle results in the bathroom wall getting sprayed with water. I *think* our toilet seat must be longer than most, so the spray hits the seat rather than its intended target. Shifting the Element around doesn't seem to fix the issue. Overall, we're mostly satisfied.
