It was here on time. I need a plumber to come out as I couldn't install it myself. I noticed that when I sit down water run into the bowl is this supposed to happen?

My son told me about Omigo element. Got the bidet as scheduled and just installed it. It's easy process and works great.

So glad I decided to try it! Very happy with the product. Works well. Not necessarily aesthetically pleasing. Shockingly chilly! Unfortunately we don’t have an outlet near the toilet, does anybody??? So we couldn’t get the one with the heated water☹️
