I bought this bc I am having shoulder surgery. My doctor suggested I get one for cleanliness. In thinking about it since I'm getting older, I think this is something I will use.

Unfortunately, my bidet never arrived. Lost in delivery. But Omigo customer service granted my request to cancel the order and refund my money rather than send a replacement. It was all done seamlessly and quickly. Should I, down the road, decide to try a bidet after all, I'll go with Omigo.
