From customer service through installation I had no problems. Customer service really has their act together and were great with answering my questions. The product itself was a straightforward installation if you have any familiarity at all with how to use a monkey wrench. I have been using the product for about two weeks and I love it. It has many functions on the remote control which gives you the option to customize your experience. Would buy again and have recommended to friends.
