We received our Element quickly. I loved the emails with instructions for set up, and follow up care, that I received. Made it easy. Thinking of buying another.

We bought our first one when the pandemic hit and toilet paper was disappearing. We had thought about getting one anyway. Now it’s the only option. I haven’t smeared since the pandemic hit ( I have a travel bidet that a leave in my car for emergency). This second one I bought for a bathroom re-model in progress, it won’t be installed for another week, but I’m sure it will be as great as the first one.
