We received our Element quickly. I loved the emails with instructions for set up, and follow up care, that I received. Made it easy. Thinking of buying another.

We bought our first one when the pandemic hit and toilet paper was disappearing. We had thought about getting one anyway. Now it’s the only option. I haven’t smeared since the pandemic hit ( I have a travel bidet that a leave in my car for emergency). This second one I bought for a bathroom re-model in progress, it won’t be installed for another week, but I’m sure it will be as great as the first one. What’s better than an Omigo bidet?, two Omigo bidets!

Our daughter was having surgery on her right hand and would not be able to use her to clean up after doing her business, so we order an Omigo to give us a a trial run to see how this thing worked. Well, it worked perfectly fine in helping her take care of business. Now we all use it and say why didn't we get one before really needed one. Thanks to Omigo for coming out with flying colors. I recommend to everyone that if you hate to clean up after doing your business get a Omigo and you will not be disappointed.
