They make the sleeping caps as cheap as possible and then charge you $30 for it. I wasn't impressed with the silk either. I've had a luxurious silk sleeping cap and this one isn't it.

Received wrong items that was supposed to be a gift for girlfriend. Contacted support regarding issue. Never received a response. Probably never going to order here again.

3 out of the 4 items I ordered are incorrect :( waiting for a response from customer service (it has been a few days since I emailed. Received their newsletter, but not their response yet).

I liked the bonnet, but the customer service is non-existent. I emailed them asking why wasn't the free eye mask included in my $50+ order, it said "no code needed, free eye mask" and no one ever replied. The free mask is the reason I ordered $50+, I thought it was a great value.

I received a cotton backed 25momme pillowcase when I ordered what looked like a full silk pillow. The prices I paid matched full silk, and not one with the cotton back.
